Shipping: Nail polish requires specific packaging, and is therefore more expensive to process and ship. It can only be transported via ground transportation and is not eligible for expedited shipping.

A word about pictures: Nail polish may appear different in person than it does on your monitor. Unless otherwise noted, all manicures are sealed with a clear top coat (most likely Seche Vite).

Bottles: My supplier recently switched from a square to a round bottle without informing me before they shipped. As a result, some of our product is packaged in square bottles and some in round bottles. The volume of the bottle is the same (.5 oz/15 mL).

How do I order?

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal.

What if I need to return something?

Please send an e-mail detailing the reason you would like to return the items you purchased. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If your items are damaged in transit, you will need to file a claim with the carrier and we can help with that process.

Can I get samples?

Swatch cards can be purchased for a small fee in the Store. The fee is used to cover our costs and time. We do not make a profit on swatch cards.

My order hasn't shipped yet!

If there is an unexpected shortage of product, you have the option of backordering or getting a refund. If there is a processing delay, we will keep you posted via e-mail.
